Chrome browser downloads file but i cant access






















Hi, I am having trouble opening files that are downloaded to external sd card within Chrome. Everytime I download such as a PDF file, I can't open it directly in chrome and instead I have to use file explorer to find the file and open it. The storage permission for Chrome is permitted, and I can't figure out why it won't files from external. This error means you don't have permission to download this file from the server.
