Technicpack error downloading file

Hi guys, So I made a modpack and I followed the steps and stuff. However, there's an error message that pops up - Error Downloading File for the . For some reason the technic launcher is not allowing me to download any modpacks. I have tried all modpacks and all that appears is a 0% in the loading bar which quickly disappears.
