Ps4 randomly resumes paused downloads

I have to agree that the download management on the PS4 is a giant leap backwards from the PS3. Unfortunately, with my slow internet (slowest of slow DSL), half the time the connection drops and I have to have it reconnect (besides it trying to download everything else that is pending when I pull it out of rest mode). If your PS4 wasn't connected to the internet at that time, it won't automatically resume the downloads. You can't actually stop that but knowing the time when it starts to resume downloads automatically is better so you can pause it back immediately. Download resumes on startup.
