Mod organizer wont download mods plugin not found

Mod organizer 2 not loading mods/loot not detecting any plugins PC SSE - Help I'm coming back to skyrim after a few months and i decided to update my skse64, when i tried to load my game up after updating however, my mods didn't load. But if i download it via manual download and install it with vortex, the plugin appear in the plugin list of Vortex and Skyrim. so i can install.
