How to find location files downloaded from microsoft edge

When a file is downloaded in edge its shows the green progress bar on the icon in the taskbar but the file doesn't show up in the downloads list and in the downloads folder never converts from bltadwin.ru to bltadwin.ru but the file is complete if I change the extension manually bltadwin.ru the file works as it should.  · You used to be able to just go on the start menu and "Open File Location", the option just is not there anymore. I just want to find the file to change the icon.  · To get to the downloads folder, open the Finder app on Mac from the dock, click on the ‘Downloads’ tab from the left sidebar, and you will able to see all the files you have downloaded through Microsoft Edge.
